An in-car sound system and video camera are two new optional extras available to parks buying an X-Car coaster vehicle from by German manufacturer Maurer Soehne.
The back rest of the X-Car seat, which allows riders to experience inversions without shoulder or leg restraints, has now been extended to reach roughly shoulder height and is equipped with stereo loudspeakers. Passengers may each choose their favourite music and adjust the volume by using the control panel installed in the hip bar.
The video option of the seat has a camera integrated into the rear side of the seat’s backrest. It takes an on-ride video of the passenger,
