Seabreeze goes back to the future
Seabreeze, Rochester, New York, is adding a Super Miami thrill ride from Technical Park for the 2017 season, themed retro-futuristically as The Time Machine.
Riders will experience the motion of a 20-passenger bench-style gondola, as the hands of time take them full circle and lift them 27ft (8 m) into the air. They will go up, down, and around up to 20 revolutions per minute in both clockwise and counter clockwise movements. Quick accelerations and high negative G-forces will be experienced during the ride, and passengers will also experience the thrill of being lifted momentarily out of their seats as the gondola goes over the top.
The Time Machine is expected to open in May 2017.
