The recruitment process
As a first step, interested parties are invited to record a short video presentation via a dedicated platform . This video can be done using a smartphone or a webcam. Finally, candidates will participate in a recruitment session organized within the park. This session is divided into 3 parts: an interview with an ambassador from Walibi Belgium – Aqualibi, a personality test and a practical scenario.
High loyalty among seasonal workers and students
No less than 65% of seasonal workers and students repeat their adventure on the Wavrien site from year to year. This high level of loyalty testifies to the park’s increased efforts to guarantee the satisfaction of its staff.
Stasse said: “Our HR policy is geared towards the importance of well-being at work. To this end, we are developing multiple internal actions throughout the season. When sanitary conditions allow, we organize, for example, team buildings and drinks. These are times when our employees relax, but also meet colleagues and management in a relaxed atmosphere. This allows us to forge lasting links between the teams and to create this friendly atmosphere, so typical of Walibi!”
