New rides debut in Finland
Italian ride manufacturer Technical Park recently installed two attractions at Power Park, Härmä, Finland. The addition of a Pegasus thrill ride (pictured) and a Balloon Tower takes the number of Technical Park rides installed at the venue in recent years to three, following the introduction of a Typhoon (Frisbee) a few years back. The park also has a Ferris Wheel from the same firm.
Technical Park will soon have three rides at a park a little closer to home. Lunapark in Milan last summer introduced the first Flying Fury interactive propeller ride and has now added a Typhoon too. In September the park will also debut the first Baby Aviator, Technical Park’s new suspended kiddie coaster. A marine-themed Typhoon has also opened at Astoria Village in Italy.
Other deliveries from the manufacturer this season include a Balloon Tower and Sombrero (spinning train) to Jacquouparc in France, a Red Baron and a Magoc Castle chair ride to Loudon Castle in Scotland, a 9-car Tea Cup ride and a 25-metre Ferris Wheel for La Recrè des Trois Curès in France, plus additional Ferris Wheels to Lightwater Valley in England and International Park Rosario in Argentina.
