The Information and Communication Pavilion at Expo 2010 in Shanghai will be operated by the ProFun Management Group, the California firm has confirmed.
Hosted by China Mobile and China Telecom, the ICP is one of largest enterprise pavilions at the Shanghai Expo, occupying a building area of over 67,000 sq ft.
ProFun will manage the pavilion together with local company Betterway/Publicis-Dialog. ProFun and its sister company Management Resources have been involved with World’s Fairs and expositions for over 25 years.
The theme for Expo 2010 is “Better City, Better Life.” Set in the centre of Shanghai, the entire site encompasses nearly six miles, big enough to handle the estimated 70 million guests in the events six month opening period, beginning May 1.
ProFun also has contracts in place to operate the upcoming Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi and Suzanne Mubarak Family Park in Cairo.
