Due to open this spring in Tajikistan, this new coaster from Preston & Barbieri is expected to accommodate up to 1,000 riders per hour.
The ride, pictured here during tests in Italy, occupies a 61 x 26-metre footprint and races at speeds along at up to 70km/h during a ride lasting 60 seconds. The ride’s highest point is 21-metres and its single train seats 24 passengers.
P&B’s coaster division uses the production facilities of the defunct L&T Systems. The customer for the new ride is City Park in the capital of Dushanbe.
