Paul Kent appointed Simworx’s new Global Business Development Manager

Simworx, having navigated through the challenges of the pandemic over the past year is now busier than ever. And with a steady stream of work, the company is welcoming on board a new member to its sales team, Paul Kent, who will take on the role of Global Business Development Manager. Joining the Simworx team following 20 years with audio-visual specialist, Electrosonic, Paul is eager to begin his journey with the media-Based attraction supplier.

Paul has been involved in the entertainment business from an early age and has worked on projects all around the world that have won industry awards and acclaim from the millions of guests that have experienced them. His previous roles have covered the whole gambit from designer through to site level management, across a range of market sectors, including corporate communications, retail environments, museums, science centres, theme parks and live shows. It is clear that Paul will bring with him a wealth of invaluable industry knowledge from his thirty years of industry experience.

With a deep appreciation for the industry and an active participant, he has in the past also taken on the role of Europe and Middle east Chairman of the Themed Entertainment Association, as well as being a member of the board of advisors for Experience UK.

Paul added: “I’m thrilled to begin the next chapter of my career with Simworx, they have a vast product range that I’m looking forward to getting acquainted with. Simworx is a company I have a lot of admiration for and I’m looking forward to showing everyone what they have to offer.”

Paul will join the Simworx sales team at both upcoming exhibitions in Riyadh and Barcelona, at the Saudi Entertainment Association Show (Booth #1D69) and IAAPA Expo Europe (Booth #2-664).
