IAAPA Expo Asia 2026, trade exhibition for the attractions industry in the Asia-Pacific region, officially opened its trade show floor today at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre
Thousands of industry professionals from around the world have gathered in Hong Kong to explore the latest innovations, emerging trends and creative solutions shaping the future of attractions and entertainment.
The Expo runs from 9–12 June 2026, with the trade show floor open from 10–12 June. More than 300 exhibitors are showcasing products and services across a dynamic show floor, alongside a robust education program designed to inspire, inform and connect attendees from across the global attractions community. With the theme ‘Pursue the Wonder,’ this year’s Expo invites attendees to embrace
creativity, curiosity, and forward-thinking innovation as the industry continues to
evolve.
The opening ceremony set the tone for the week with a visually striking performance inspired by the spirit of Hong Kong, blending tradition with modern life. The program was honoured by the presence of Miss Rosanna Law, Secretary for Culture, Miss Rosanna Law, Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau Sports and Tourism Bureau, underscoring the city’s strong support for the global attractions industry. The performance moved from intimate cultural moments to the vibrancy of Hong Kong’s iconic skyline, culminating in a powerful sense of movement and connection.

In addition to the trade show floor and education sessions, IAAPA Expo Asia 2026 features a series of high-level networking opportunities and signature events. Highlights include the Leadership Breakfast, featuring industry visionary Su Zhigang, Founder and Chairman of Chimelong Group, as well as the Women’s Leadership Luncheon, which brings together influential female leaders from across the attractions industry for conversation and connection and a very special Opening Reception at Hong Kong Disneyland.
