Swizterland’s first looping coaster has opened at Connyland in Lipperswil.
After delays that lasted more than two seasons, the ride debuted to a fanfare of fireworks at the end of July. The boomerang-style coaster features 220-metres of track and was supplied by the Russian manufacturer Pax. Cobra features one 18-seater train and travels at speeds of up to 85km/h. Each ride lasts around 2 minutes. Hourly capacity is 540.
