Sunkid has installed an interactive tower in the popular five-star family hotel Balcony Seaside Sriracha, which is located in the bay of Bangkok – around one and a half hours south-east of the centre of the Thai capital.
In addition to luxury and comfort for adults, the hotel complex has a huge Kids Club with an indoor playground, pool climbing course, laser tag and outdoor carousel for its younger guests. The latest highlight in the outdoor area is a tower in a unique yellow-orange design with fun circle and eye graphics.
The shorter version of the popular Sunkid Family Ride, which is also perfect for indoor installations at a height of around eight meters, gives many children their first thrilling experience of heights. With motor support, they pull themselves up and then enjoy the 360° view – with an unobstructed view over hedges and trees to the sea.
Thanks to the integrated seat belt, children from a height of 95cm are allowed to ride accompanied by an adult. From 120cm, they are also allowed to ride alone or with children of the same age.
Product manager Christoph Gastl said: “This project demonstrates another strength of our tower, of which more than 150 have already been installed worldwide.
“Thanks to the small ‘footprint’ – six metres in diameter of the entire system (less than 30 square metres) – the ride can be easily integrated into existing park or pool areas.
