Spaces first multi-sensory VR centre opens

Spaces has opened the door to the world’s first Spaces Centre, featuring the multi-sensory VR attraction: Terminator Salvation: Fight for the Future with more adventures slated for the future. Located within the recently revamped Irvine Spectrum Centre in Orange County, one of Southern California’s most popular entertainment lifestyle destinations that attracts more than 17 million visitors annually, Terminator Salvation: Fight for the Future marks the first-time guests will be able to experience location-based extended virtual reality built by the VR and entertainment team that spun out of DreamWorks.

Guests can join the resistance alongside friends and family members to blast Terminators with unique Spaces features like Spaces Faces (proprietary 3D scan of guests faces) and decked out with immersive equipment including the HP Omen X VR Backpack workstation PC. Spaces creates unlimited possibilities in any physical location through a unique moving, immersive journey, engaging all the senses through virtual mixed reality, haptic feedback, motion platforms and environmental effects that groups of guests can see, hear, and feel.
