Six Flags makes changes to senior team

The world’s largest regional theme park chain, Six Flags, which has 27 parks across the US and Canada, has made changes to its senior executives.

As of August 1, Chieh Huang has been appointed as independent director. At the same time, director Denise M. Clark has resigned from the board for personal reasons.

Clark served on the group’s Audit Committee and was chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Huang was CEO of Boxed Inc, the delivery company, since 2013. Prior to that, he was CEO of Astro Ape Studios, a mobile social gaming studio that was acquired by Zynga in 2011. Huang then served as a board member at Zynga Mobile NY.
