Six Flags adds a new park concept for International Markets

Six Flags has added a new theme park concept to its portfolio of international licensed parks. Thrillseeker joins its line-up that includes full expression theme parks, water parks, children’s parks, adventure parks (with climbing walls, rope courses, zip lines, etc.), and hotel water parks. Thrillseeker is designed for up and coming markets incorporating best in class rides and attractions, thrills, and entertainment for an economical price point. It fills a need between FECs and full-sized parks.

Thrillseeker, like all Six Flags parks, is highly scalable and designed to fit on 15 to 30 hectare sites (37 to 75 acres). The footprint can easily support attendance between 750,000 to 1,500,000 guests per year with an average design day set at a comfortable 10,000 guests.

Three distinct themed areas are included in the master plan. Two areas are fully themed to Six Flags global brand standards while the third is dedicated to local customisation. Thinking ahead, the park is designed with an additional expansion zone that can be a future water park, adventure park, or children’s park.
