Polercoaster approved for Atlantic City
New Jersey’s Casino Reinvestment Development Authority has approved a 52,000 square feet (4,831 sq m) Polercoaster for Atlantic City.
The vertical rollercoaster from US Thrill Rides will be located just a short walk from the beach in an area bounded by the Boardwalk, Dr Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard and Mount Vernon and Kentucky avenues. Also featured as part of the development will be a retail space, lockers, video games and office space.
Wallack Holdings, which is behind the planned Skyscraper Polercoaster on Orlando’s International Drive, is also a partner in the Atlantic City project.
