Parques Reunidos has joined the Healthy Workplaces Campaign 2026–2028: Together for Mental Health at Work as an Official Campaign Partner, reinforcing its commitment to creating healthy, safe, respectful, and inclusive workplaces across its operations

Led by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA), the campaign focuses on the impact that work can have on mental health and the importance of preventing psychosocial risks as part of occupational health and safety management.

Over the next three years, Parques Reunidos will focus on three priority areas: psychosocial risk prevention; psychosocial safety, respect and inclusion; and the relationship between physical working conditions and mental health. A common Group framework will be combined with local initiatives adapted to the needs of individual parks and teams.

“By joining the Healthy Workplaces Campaign, we want to continue building environments where people feel supported, where risks are addressed proactively, and where open dialogue is encouraged,” said Parques Reunidos Chief Executive Officer Pascal Ferracci. “Through this partnership, we can learn from others, share experiences across our Group, and strengthen a culture that recognizes the connection between health, safety, wellbeing, and ultimately the experiences we create for our guests.”

World Mental Health Day on 10 October will mark the first major activation of the program and will become an annual moment to raise awareness, engage employees, and share initiatives from across the Group.

The commitment, however, extends beyond a single day. Through the campaign, Parques Reunidos aims to prevent risks before harm occurs, encourage early support and open dialogue, promote respectful and inclusive workplaces, and share good practices across its countries and parks.
