PARC Management makes new acquisition
PARC Management has acquired Myrtle Waves Water Park and all five NASCAR SpeedParks in North America. The six properties were acquired from South Carolina based developer Burroughs & Chapin Company, Inc.
With outlets in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Sevierville, Tennessee; Concord, North Carolina; St Louis, Missouri; and Vaughn, Ontario in Canada, NASCAR SpeedParks feature multiple race tracks that deliver a fun, racing experience for all ages. The indoor and outdoor facilities also offer feature amusement rides, mini-golf, playgrounds, arcades, simulators, shopping and dining. As part of the acquisition, PARC Management now also carries the exclusive worldwide license for NASCAR SpeedParks. Financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
