The first ride inspired by the popular adventure film, Jumanji The Adventure was completed in six months by a Polin Group company, Futura Form. The dark ride can be found in Italy’s Merlin’s Gardaland Resort.
Jumanji The Adventure is located in the 445,000 m2 complex which hosts approximately 3 million visitors every year. In this project, Futura Form has successfully completed the work of all the theming and animatronic works of the ride, as well as four themed rooms in the Gardaland Hotel. The 276m long dark ride has a capacity of 1,100 people/hour and offers an experience of 3 minutes and 40 seconds.
Cuneyt Sayin, general manager of Futura Form, said: “Jumanji The Adventure dark ride project of Merlin Entertainments’ Gardaland Park, which was shown as one of the most important projects of the year by the entertainment industry professionals in 2022, was carried out by Futura Form in a period of 6 months, together with its all theme. It contains many different theme elements, from artificial rocks to artificial plants, to animated elements we call animatronics. As Futura Form, we worked with over 100 colleagues from 5 different countries thanks to our global structure and we are proud to complete the project successfully.”
