Legoland Windsor home to world’s tallest Lego figure

The world’s tallest Lego figure has been installed at Legoland Windsor in the UK.

The minifigure is 30ft tall and weighs six tons. It is named Roxie and wears a racing outfit as it will stand close to the upcoming Minifiigure Speedway rollercoaster.

The dual-track coaster is due to be opened around Easter of this year. The coaster will offer riders the opportunity to race against one another at speeds of up to 56kph.

The coaster is being built by rides specialist Zierer of Germany in partnership with Merlin Magic Making.

In other developments, Legoland Windsor recently added an indoor mini-golf experience and the Lego Ferrari Build and Race, an interactive attraction.
