Christmas is traditionally a time for festive cheer, twinkling lights and seasonal celebrations, but Universal Horror Unleashed is taking a rather darker approach
Its seasonal experience, Krampus & Kin, will return to Las Vegas from 19 November 2026 to 10 January 2027, bringing some of the world’s most sinister festive folklore to life.
Taking place on select dates, the seasonal experience will introduce guests to a collection of nightmarish winter legends, drawing inspiration from folklore and festive traditions around the world. The experience is included with general admission to Universal Horror Unleashed.
At the centre of the festivities is Krampus, the infamous Germanic figure known for punishing misbehaving children. Joining him will be Grýla, an Icelandic troll, and the Kallikantzaroi, mischievous goblins from Greek folklore.
Guests will have the opportunity to encounter the characters through themed photo opportunities, with additional seasonal entertainment bringing the folklore to life throughout the attraction.
A highlight of the experience will be a haunting, lantern-lit musical procession, featuring Krampus, Grýla, Kallikantzaroi and other legendary creatures as they make their way through the venue throughout the night.
The seasonal offering will also extend to the attraction’s food and beverage programme, with a selection of themed festive dishes and drinks inspired by eerie winter folklore. Exclusive seasonal merchandise will also be available, giving visitors the opportunity to take home a souvenir from their encounters with the creatures.
Krampus & Kin forms part of Universal Horror Unleashed’s wider seasonal programme, transforming traditional holiday celebrations into something considerably more sinister.
The experience will run on select dates between 19 November 2026 and 10 January 2027 at Universal Horror Unleashed in Las Vegas. Seasonal activities are included with admission, although food, beverages and merchandise are available at an additional cost.
