Nearly 100 exhibitors promised
The organisers of Interschau-Technofolies in Stuttgart have announced some of the exhibitors confirmed to take part in the show in just a few weeks’ time. Included are well-known Italian names such as Bertazzon, Zamperla, Moser Fabbri and Sartori, as well as Germany’s own Huss Park Attractions and Dietz.
Reflecting Interschau’s routes as a showmen’s show there will also be a dedicated caravan exhibit area where suppliers such as Weippert, Tabbert and LMC will display their wares. In total around 90 exhibitors are expected to take part.
Despite a plethora of trade shows this winter – including Euro Attractions Show last month in Munich and IAAPA Attractions Expo next month in Orlando – Interschau organisers promise bookings are up on last year, when the event took place as Technofolies in Genoa, Italy,
“Even though we have considerably more space available than in previous years, we’re already as good as booked up,“ says Joachim Schubart of Messe Stuttgart.
Support for the event – one of the original German amusement industry get-togethers – has been pledged by the Amusement industry Council of Europe (AiCE), the European Showmen’s Union (ESU), the German Showmen’s Union (DSB) and the Italian Showmen’s Association Anesv-Agis.
Together with partners Travel Point and Stuttgart Marketing, organisers have assembled some attractive travel packages, including travel, hotel accommodation and a ticket to the exhibition with a welcome drink and a visit to the city’s world-famous Mercedes Museum. Behind the scenes tours will also be offered at the nearby Tripsdrill theme park, which Park World can thoroughly recommend.
Interschau-Technofolies takes place at the new Messe Stuttgart exhibition centre – right by the city’s airport – from Tuesday to Thursday, October 29 to 31, with a “Big Debate” education forum kicking off on October 28.
