The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) has announced the global expansion of the Accessibility App, a complimentary tool designed to help users locate businesses and public areas that cater to their accessibility requirements. This expanded version of the app is now accessible worldwide in both English and Arabic through the App Store and Google Play Store. The Accessibility App is equipped with various features aimed at providing resources and support for individuals with disabilities or specific needs.

This includes insights into the sensory experiences at evaluated venues, business listings complete with photographs and accessibility information, professionals and attractions certified for autism, locations equipped with hearing loops, travel and airport accommodations, healthcare facilities staffed by autism-trained and certified personnel, live support for individuals who are blind or have low vision, details on wheelchair accessibility, language translation services, job opportunities, and much more. Additionally, users can access their IBCCES Accessibility Card through the app, facilitating a smoother accommodation process at participating attractions. Users are encouraged to rate and review locations, providing valuable feedback to businesses within the app. The app is continuously evolving, with new features and resources being added regularly, as more businesses and professionals join the platform.
