DEAL, the Middle East trade show, previously organised by International Expo-Consults has been handed to Global Links, a Dubai-based company.
In a statement, IEC management said: “After 32 consecutive years of ownership, organisation, and stewardship, IEC management has taken the decision to transition the responsibility for the exhibition to a new organiser.
“This decision has been reached following a thorough strategic review and with the long-term continuity, integrity and market relevance of the event as the primary consideration.”
IEC thanked exhibitors, partners, sponsors and stakeholders for their commitment to the show and said that the new organisers would be in touch directly to outline their plans for the next edition of DEAL.
The statement continued: “As IEC concludes its role as organiser, we do so with a strong sense of responsibility fulfilled and with confidence that DEAL will continue to serve the industry effectively in its next chapter.
“We thank you for being an integral part of this journey and for the standards of partnership that have defined it.”
