Flight Adventure Park has welcomed its fourth and final park renovation of the year to Manchester, Connecticut.

The grand relaunch celebrations kick off on Friday, August 15, and continue through Saturday, August 16, with an action-packed weekend of festivities.

Guests can enjoy live music on Friday from East Hartford School of Rock, as well as Saturday with DJs, face painting, exciting giveaways, and an out of this world opportunity to meet former NASA astronaut and Flight Adventure Park Advisory Council Member Captain Robert “Hoot” Gibson, who will be making special appearances on Friday from 4-6pm and Saturday from 1-4pm.

The park’s new transformation features Lunar Park, a 2,500sq ft inflatable play zone, complete with new attractions including The Turbulence Rocket, Planet Hop, where guests can leap across the solar system, Shuttle Climb, and the Astronaut Training Course.

Visitors can also play on the Lunar Court, a flexible multi-sport space arena built for dodgeball, soccer, and basketball. Six newly redesigned aviation-themed party rooms have also been developed, complete with vibrant murals and educational facts for kids to explore, offering a unique setting for birthdays and special events.

“At Flight Adventure Park, we’re passionate about creating environments where families can connect, play, and be inspired,” said Steven L. Yeffa, chief executive of Flight Adventure Park.

“We have seen such a great response from our other reimagined parks in both business growth and guest experience, by providing a whole new level of immersive adventure. We can’t wait to share this exciting new chapter with local Manchester families in this final renovation.”
