Integrated entertainment resort for Macau
City of Dreams is an integrated entertainment resort and “must experience” destination being developed in Macau by Melco Crown Entertainment Limited (MPEL). Featured as part of the offering will be unique multimedia entertainment by Falcon’s Treehouse called Dragon’s Treasure.
Showcased inside The Bubble, a dome-shaped theatre (pictured) that will become a City of Dreams landmark, this 10-minute attraction combines high-definition video content, a sweeping musical score, over 29,000 LED lights and a variety of sensory effects to create a stirring experience based on eastern philosophy and Chinese mythology.
City of Dreams, which is scheduled to open “in the first half of 2009”, adjoins The Boulevard, a “lifestyle precinct” offering a combination of regional and international dining and high level shopping.
