Chuck E. Cheese has confirmed that it is to open its first locations in Europe – and the very first will be in the UK, most likely in Birmingham.

The entertainment brand has been welcoming guests to its branches in America for nearly 50 years – throwing around half a million birthday parties a year in nearly 600 fun centres in 45 states and 17 other countries and territories.

The brand said at the end of 2024 that it would be looking at potential locations in the UK but now it has confirmed it;s on its way after signing a ‘multi-unit deal’.

No exact locations have yet been revealed but Chuck E. Cheese has said that each will have a ‘world-renowned’ mix of arcade games, interactive play zones and food alongside the brand’s iconic characters, Chuck E. Cheese the mouse and his friends.

The brand said it hopes to ‘shake up family entertainment across the UK’ and that it’ll be tailoring its Chuck E. Cheese branches specifically to its new locations.
