UK theme park Chessington World of Adventures has launched a new spooky soundtrack for Halloween 2025, Symphony of Screams.
The soundtrack is made exclusively from Chessington guests’ screams, which were recorded on the Mandrill Mayhem and Vampire coasters.
It’s described as a “science-backed, mood-boosting scream-phony”, but is also part of a project to examine the potential benefits of screaming.
For this, Chessington teamed up with psychologist Honey Langcaster-James.
“Thrilling rides, like roller coasters, can leave us feeling closer to each other, happier and more alive,” Ms Langcaster-James said.
“When you scream on an exhilarating ride, your body is flooded with adrenaline and endorphins, so you can experience a natural buzz.”
The Symphony of Screams soundtrack is available to listen to and download from SoundCloud here.
Chessington’s Howl’o’ween event is now taking place at the park daily until November 2.
The experience includes new shows, theme park rides at dusk, a scare zone, immersive experiences, and more.
