Unveiled at the tail end of 2009, Arthur and the revenge of the Maltazard is a new 4D attraction at Futuroscope, the French science park in Poitiers. Based upon the Luc Besson’s movie of the same name, it is shown inside a custom themed theatre created by Jora Vision of Holland.
The theming goes a long way to immersing guests in another world …even before the film has started. While waiting in the queue, visitors can play a number of interactive games, including learning to speak Minimoys, the language used in Arthur’s world.
“I am proud that Jora Vision has significantly contributed to this fantasy world,” remarks the company’s CEO and TEA board member, Jan Maarten de Rad.
Jora Vision designers and constructors worked with great enthusiasm on the project, putting in many long hours to complete it.
