A popular theme park in Southend has been recognised for its outstanding visitor experience.
Adventure Island has been recognised as one of the country’s leading attractions, after being awarded VisitEngland’s prestigious Quality Assured Visitor Attraction accreditation.
The Southend seafront theme park received a glowing overall score of 94%, praised for its commitment to providing high-energy, family-focused entertainment.
Its sister site, Sealife Adventure, was also celebrated for the quality of its visitor experience.
James Miller, operations director at Adventure Island, said the recognition highlighted the efforts of everyone involved.
He added: “These achievements reflect the incredible effort our teams put in every single day to deliver quality, value, and unforgettable experiences.
“We’re honoured by the recognition from VisitEngland, and we’re incredibly grateful to all our guests who continue to support us year after year.”
