ATRAX trade show to attract key buyers and decision makers
Organised by Tureks International Fairs, the 8th ATRAX trade show (Attraction-Parks-Recreation Exhibition) will bring together key industry buyers and stakeholders visitors at Istanbul Expo Center next month (13-15 February 2020).
The amusement park and recreation industry in Turkey continues to grow with new projects. According to Tureks, increased interest from municipalities, hotels, shopping malls, residential complexes, tourism investors, sector-related buyers from the region, theme park and amusement park owners and businesses has seen the industry achieve double digit growth.
ATRAX will be talking about the “Happy Cities”!
This year, with the “Happy Cities” theme, ATRAX aims to bring to highlight attraction and recreation projects that create more opportunities for socialising and activities and which focus on the happiness of the residents of the city.
In addition to the investments made by the private sector, the focal point of the process of developing “Happy Cities”, are the local administrations and their projects.
The municipalities are said to be building larger and more versatile themed recreational areas.
ATRAX is Full of Novelties This Year
The ATRAX Exhibition is also getting ready to introduce novelties to the sector. Bringing together all stakeholders of the attraction, events, parks and recreations industry, ATRAX will be organised concurrently with the Vending Machine Technologies and Self-Service Systems Exhibition VENDEX this year. The aim is to offer more business and collaboration opportunities with increased visitor potential and also to create a powerful synergy between two sectors.
At the exhibition where the venue will be sectioned based on categories and sectors, Hall 10 will mostly feature vending machines while Hall 11 will be featuring amusement parks, theme parks and attraction centres.
Stars of the attraction to be announced during award ceremony
As the only competition in the amusement sector in Turkey, “7.Attraction Star Awards” is organised with the purpose of binging out successful work in this area.
The winners of the contest will be selected as a result of an objective evaluation by the jury comprising experts of the sector and the contest will act as a means for the winners to prove and confirm their strengths and position in the sector.
The winners of the “Attraction Star Awards” which is expected to be the symbol of prestige in the sector, will be announced during an unforgettable award ceremony to be held on the night of 14 February 2020.
